- What counts as an active client?
- One the engine is allowed to post for. Switching a client off frees its seat immediately, and its history stays where it is.
- Do I need my own Meta and LinkedIn apps?
- No. You connect each client’s Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn organisation through our app, and the tokens are encrypted and stored per client.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Nothing, for a week. Clients keep posting through the grace period while the card is retried, and you get an email the moment it fails.
- Can I review everything before it posts?
- Turn on approvals per client. Nothing publishes for that client until a human approves it, and you can edit the copy on the way through.
